“ Pros: plenty of vegan options. All the sauces are vegan it seems, plus a few different vegan protein options. Love that!! Cons: hard to explain... Things just could have been better in a few ways. Explained below Got the cauliflower bowl. Overall, tasty! I looved the vegan ranch despite it not really complementing the other flavors.. lol.. saved it for some fries or something for later. I mainly smothered it with the side of gochujang I ordered. For those worried about heat, it's only mildly spicy. Like maybe a low medium. But good flavor. One thing about the bowl is I really didn't love the caramelized onions.... They are the color of wood ear mushrooms and would have honestly preferred if they *were* them lol. The caramelized onions were just too mushy, odd flavor, and too plenty. I ended up just taking them all off. The charred peppers were also a bit mushy. That is my main complaint with the bowl. Would love some veggies that maintained a bit of bite, like carrots, cucumber, edamame... Or just (or in addition to!) less mushy peppers and onions. I do think this place is better than the overall Yelp rating indicates, and I am glad I gave it a try. I will probably order again to try the impossible beef in a bowl, with some different toppings ”
